Good SEO depends on data. These are the tools I use most and what I use each one for.
- Google Search Console: the queries people use, impressions, clicks, and whether pages are indexed.
- Google Analytics: what visitors do after they arrive, and which pages and campaigns bring them.
- Google Keyword Planner: keyword ideas and search volume for planning content.
- PageSpeed Insights: loading speed and the fixes that matter most, especially on mobile.
- WordPress and Elementor: editing pages, titles, headings and content.
- Canva: simple graphics and social media content.
- Google Search: checking what already ranks to understand search intent.
A tool only helps if you act on what it shows. My routine is to find an issue in the data, fix it on the page, then check the data again later.
